I probably do have inflamed airways...and do have some asthma...but am not currently doing anything. However I have been meaning to start taking the tumeric powder I bought last year
for this reason.. must start that at least.

I hope tumeric helps you, but I have been taking tumeric for years. I doesn't do anything to my airways.

Ah, if you don't do anything, does it affect your physical activities, like fast walking? And do you feel heart beating fast because of the inflamed airways?
