Hi James. I’m a layperson but in my opinion making it intact to age 81 sounds to me like your body is quite tolerant to X-rays/radiation etc, so maybe in the context of your aneurysm issue, potential effects of radiation is a lesser concern.? Re; pressing on your abdomen, I assume it would depend on the size of the aneurysm; I would assume only if the aneurysm was really large it might be a risk ? I assume it is a basic diagnostic test to see if you’re experiencing pain in anyway from the aneurysm. Might be an idea for you to be proactive and see your specialist and ask questions about it in order to give yourself some peace of mind. Best of luck from a fellow worrier……

thank you, hospital found the aneurysm while looking for damage from a fall. Family Doc started annual ultrasound. What I understand it is a hellish way to shuffle off. No specialist. Thankyou I appreciate any information. Regards
