Laurie, I think your positive attitude is/could be your natural healer 🥰. With that said, it would be quite helpful, if, since you stated your OP was "pretty bad" possibly giving us you DXA score? If it can be tracked back.🤷‍♀️ So many of us wish we could find, just the right holistic approach, then to find out when we give it our all the actual numbers declined.

Some people may never fracture with OP and some suffer immensely b/c of it.

Thank you, I try to have a positive attitude, because if not we will just be miserable. I can't see to find my old records on my OP. Now it is in the Osteopenia stage, on my portal they don't go back that far. so sorry....I just posted big reply to @inam.... that might give you an insight to want I'm dealing with and maybe more info for you.
