Can Clonazepam relieve neuropathic pain?

I suffer from neuropathy due to polyradiculitis as a result of a fall from stairs. My entire spine hurts from my tailbone to my head and my face to my teeth.
For two months I have been in crisis. Gabapentin is not giving me relief.
A few nights ago I was very desperate and I grabbed 4 clonazepams and took them. The next day I woke up with zero pain and I was like that for 4 days. What does this mean?

It works for me but I only take 1/4 of the lowest dose. It helps muscle spasms for one.

I take half of a .5. For me, it addresses the burning sensation that I get occasionally. Sometimes, I just wait it out. It depends on the duration and intensity. I’m not sure how it works. It’s not designed for long term use, according to what I’ve read.
