You might try food map diet to identify what foods cause problems. Monash University has the best information on this topic. It’s complicated but it could be worth the time to get on top of this early. You would need to go on a restrictive diet for at least three or four weeks. Then reintroduce foods gradually. The foods are identified by the different kinds of sugars.

When I read your post I wanted to answer. You could be in early stages of what could turn into irritable bowl syndrome, leaky gut oysibo or like me at 73 years old all three. I’m not a medical professional, just someone who has dealt with this issue for most of my life.
Try food mapping. Good luck and good health.

Dear Dab I fully understand you. When I was not aware of my wheat and milk intolerance, I like wheat made stuff and that is my most favorite food lol. After I did blood food allergy test 14 years ago, my life started to become normal. I really have to be very very careful about my diet esp those give me stomach discomfort. I ate some plants containing a lot of probiotics and they are completely new to my guts, so my gut becomes very sensitive recently. I guess I should not try many new types of food even they are plant based. Also I suspect I eat too much plants lol everyday. About food mapping my coworkers talked to me about it a few years ago but I did not pay much attention. Thanks a lot for letting me know this and the university name, I will definitely try it and let you know the results. I also wish you all the best in your gut health 🙏💟
