I have some balance problems from polyneuropathy and damage to an inner ear, not due to the covid and LC from March 2023. If you haven't been, it would be good to be evaluated by a neurologist. He/she can test for neuropathy. Covid can also trigger autoimmune responses and food intolerances. I have celiac disease from catching H1N1 14 years ago, my sister's Meniere's Disease (balance problems associated with inner ear) is kicked off by dairy foods. Consider keeping a food log in case some things now make your symptoms worse. The balance can be helped by PT, retraining the brain to react better to movements. I don't know if the PEM tiredness ever completely goes away, so be sure to rest and destress enough (easier said than done).
