I’ve read that it’s best to get tested before you take anything for it. My neurologist said he looked at the first number before I started shots. It was found deficient last year and I started daily injections. Then went to daily oral, but the problem is that it wasn’t enough and I needed long term mega sublingual doses. So, by this summer I was still deficient. The neurologist started me on 1000 mcg per day for the indefinite future. For some reason, I don’t process it well. My neurologist says it’s quite common. It’s sad a simple test could avert such terrible damage to the body. I hope yours turns out ok.

Thank you so much for taking the time to help! You have gone through a lot for a vitamin most don’t ever think could be a problem! Really hoping to get a manageable answer!! I hope you are doing better!
