Yes, regular Z line = normal and 36-40cm is normal range for distance. I didn’t mean to recommend you take Omeprazole for the gastritis. You need to hear results from your GI Dr and follow his recommendations. I was only citing that as an example of potential treatment. Sorry I wasn’t more clear in my comment. Hope you feel better soon!

Thank you for more information on the Z-line. No worries on the omeprazole topic. My GI doctor actually prescribed omeprazole for me.
