@donlaujr, a lung nodule can be cancerous. But most lung nodules aren't cancerous.

Lung nodules are small clumps of cells in the lungs. They're very common. Most lung nodules are scar tissue from past lung infections.

Colleen , thank you, just had another chest x ray, the nodules are stable with no change in size, and after researching further, as you said, it is common, it was a concern because in prior x rays they did not show up
