Has anyone had a tight band feeling after total knee replacement?

It is scar tissue. We all produce scar tissue at different rates. I have had 4 open surgeries on my right knee. I still continue to have issues, mainly with scar tissue. It has now impinged my popetial tendon in my right leg. I have appt scheduled for 7/12/24 for a CT scan. Pretty certain they are going to find massive scar tissue. This pain reared its ugly head in Feb 2024 Have been dealing with chronic pain and ache. i continue PT but it is not sustainable. It helps in the moment. IF scar tissue is the culprit I will have a Ultrasound Guided Percutaneous Tenotomy of the knee. I am tired!!!

I have the same thing. I am a little over 3 months out from knee replacement. I have the tight band and feel it is scar tissue. My popetial tendon is also inflamed, not sure yet if it is impinged. I am requesting a cat scan. I’m not familiar with the Ultrasound Guided Percutaneous Tenotomy of the knee. How does it work? How did yours go on the 12th? Wishing you the best.
