I am 82 with BPH. Have and still am considering REZUM but for some reason every time (twice) I was ready to do it, something prevented it. First the urologist lost access to machine, then it was my PSA at 4.3 leading to many PC tests etc......Tamsulosin still works and Ibuprofen helps sleep at night. Now I take multiple supplements that help prostate and it actually shrunk from 87 ml to 73 ml in one year. Go figure. Lots of info and mis info out there. Tough to decide. Good luck.

I had REZUM. It didn't work. I am waiting for HoLEP. PROBABLY 6-8 weeks.
