I take 400 mg Ibuprofen at night. Gets me 5-6 hours sleep before first pee.

True I have tried it in the past when I was not on Coumadin which is an anticoagulant. In other words it takes me a lot longer to clot. Ibuprofen ,aspirin, things of that nature reduces my ability to clot in a reasonable amount of time .
