My integrative medicine doctor has instructed me to include K2 with vitamin D for effectiveness. Look it up and se if it makes sense to you.

cmdw2600 - Thank you for your comment, the Vit D3 I take also has Vit K2 in the recommended proportion- although the recommended proportion seems to vary among practitioners.
