yes, this is just good therapy. Led can do that to you.
When I had surgery and was dealing with pain I listened to Bob Dylan . I don't know why it worked, but I'm thinking another part of the brain is activated, who knows. But it was so helpful.
I also found Music for Healing on You Tube and that was helpful before sleep.
I hope you are doing better.

I watched Bob Dylan "Complete Unknown" very compelling documentary tribute.
I didn't know Joan Baez played a signifcant role in his incredible life.

I am doing very well. Failed valve surgery turned into a referral to Mayo-Phoenix where I qualified for and received a heart transplant on 12/30/2019. Ever grateful to my donor and team at Mayo.
