Thanks...I see the oncologist in a few weeks...Hoping it's an easy fix..
Every month I get the PSA test and then I'm overwhelmed with worry about what is coming next...

I am glad you have an appointment with your oncologist so you can discuss your concerns and talk about what comes next. As northoftheborder said above, there are many, many other treatment options even if the class of medications including apalutamide isn't effective. As he said, you have barely scratched the surface of the treatment options available to you. Hang in there and please keep us posted.
