Has TIF surgery been successful vs the risk and diet restrictions for 8 weeks?

What is the risk of using GERD medication(s) Rx and over the counter?

Omeprazole 40 mg twice daily and lots of tums

My test all shows high acid without or lower doses. Plus my gallbladder has just been removed.

I'd also like to invite @sisypheanpatient who also was researching this procedure.
