Peace for you all. It's easier once all of the data is in and a plan is set. So much advancement over the years in diagnosis, treatment and we have options. Open communication with health providers is so helpful. You must be able to trust them and ask all of your questions. If you're not satisfied with the interaction and answers, get a second opinion. This is important...to be your own best advocate gives you some feelings of control in a situation where your world is spinning and fear easily surfaces. Someone wrote here earlier not to "get ahead of your diagnosis". I remember this wisdom, so repeat it now for others. Breathe.
