It sometimes happens that a particular medication such as apalutamide does not work for a given patient or works for only a short time. In that event, the patient can be switched to a different similar drug such as Abiraterone/Zytiga or Xtandi to see if it is more effective in that patient. Ask your urologist or medical oncologist what he or she recommends. Good luck.

Thanks...I see the oncologist in a few weeks...Hoping it's an easy fix..
Every month I get the PSA test and then I'm overwhelmed with worry about what is coming next...
