Omron NE-U100 have you used it?

It is immersed when held horizontally (so mouthpiece toward my mouth). Sometimes it will stop if I am up doing something or let the unit tip more vertically. Also when I shut it off to do some airway clearance, at times it will be picky and I have to tip it up & down a few times, but I've never had it not complete a session. This is just within my "trade-offs threshold "😁 - but everyone has different needs!

FYI, I neb 8ml of 7% each session (as approved by my pulmo) as I know I lose some med because the unit is not breath actuated and also it takes more than 4ml to loosen my super sticky mucus. I've been fortunate to be "stable" with bronchiectasis & MAC since 2016, but I know that can change in a moment! Staying hopeful for some of the new treatments coming down the pipeline 💕

Thank you for this input. I will give it a try sometime. I also neb around 6.5 ml in the AM for the same reasons you do. My pulmo was fine with it. PM i just do 4 ml since not much comes up. I am not stable as you are but at least hanging in there thanks to nebulizing.
