I have not had any problems with the Omron NE-U100. I started using it because they discontinued the Philips Innospire GO. Although it does say it can be used at any angle, this is not true and I have to keep the mesh immersed in my 7% saline. BUT I found that true of any of the mesh nebulizer. I have multiple tops for the nebulizer and soak them in soapy water before I rinse and boil. I like that they can be boiled with each use. I use this as my main nebulizer as I prefer the mesh for fine particle size, quick treatment & lack of noise. That's just my experience, but I wanted to let you know I had a positive experience in case you have to keep it.
