thank you @nme1985! I saw the hormone Dr. yesterday and he did not want to deal with the bioidenticals - out of hand. Its not quite his specialty. He felt because I've been off them for 10 years I shouldn't go back on. Plus there is a cancer concern (mom died from extra ovarian cancer) but that is why I did the topical for 10 years (estradiol, testosterone, progesterone); I mentioned that someone else here mentioned their bone density went up 11 points from the bioidenticals alone. It makes TOTAL sense to me - you have hormones you build bones. No hormones everything deteriorates (aging process.)
I'm still getting a handle on the Tymlos. I have had both natural remedies and synthetics on different things - I try to learn as much as possible and be judicious.

I too am on BHRT. Using pellets. . Is the progesterone that u use micronised progesterone?
Sorry I was on Actonel for a month.
