Was on 10 mgs for a year, when I hit a rough spot I increase it to 20 mgs to level things out with the doctors approval. Good luck

Unfortunately, at 10mg, I am more depressed than ever and unable to do anything creative at all. I'm distracting myself with household tasks until I can see my psychiatrist next Wednesday. Not good,
