@colleenyoung ,my surgery is in 3 weeks, on July 26th. My surgeon didn't have any tips other than getting rest but I didn't really ask. That is an excellent idea! I think I will call and leave a message asking the question.
I am trying to get as much rest as possible. My pulmonologist has given me something to help me sleep. Fine during the day.Not so much at night. I know exercise would help but am unable to do that right now. I am doing self hypnosis to relax my body and focusing on deep breathing. Trying to eat a healthy diet.
