@jlu

Here is my recent update.

5/7/24 DOTATATE PET
IMPRESSION:
When compared to prior PET/CT scan of 1/29/2024:
1. Ill-defined tracer avid right paramediastinal nodule along the
resection margins is relatively stable in radiotracer avidity.
2. Mild interval increase in size of metastatic radiotracer avid
paratracheal lymph node. The remaining mildly radiotracer avid mediastinal
lymph nodes are overall stable from prior.
3. Numerous radiotracer avid osseous lesions with no significant change
from prior (mild mixed changes in radiotracer avidity).
4. Grossly stable small focus of mildly increased radiotracer avidity in
the interventricular septum, could represent additional site of small
volume metastases within the myocardium.
5. No new site of radiotracer avid metastatic disease.

I will be given 15 radiation treatments in mid of July to treat my lower paratracheal lymph node, which didn't respond to Lutathera very well and has increased.
Overall my life quality remains good.

Thanks for the update. Will you be getting daily radiation M-F for 3 weeks?
