I think it may be that the nebulizing gets everything very moist so the vibrations are more effective. I've finally gotten used to the time it takes, and don't have to talk myself into it every day. "It is what it is," and unless something amazing happens, I'll be doing it everyday for the rest of my life. I do skip the second round occasionally if I have guests, am traveling, or time gets away from me, but never the morning session. I also walk most days.
Hmm, I may try using the saline separately to see. Not sure it would make much difference but ya never know if you don't try right?

I think they are more effective separate. Takes longer but worth it. Plus using Aerobika in positions is possible which I now find critical.
