@annagh

I bought the Pari Trek S in May of 2023 and have used it daily since, most days twice. I use Pari L Sprint cups and it takes 15-20 minutes to neb 4ml of 7% saline. TrekS is small enough that it is easy to take along on trips. I don't have the battery.
I started out using the Aerobika in conjunction nebbing until
Dr. Winthrop at OHSU told me he thought I'd get more benefit out of using them separately. So I neb first, followed by Aerobika using the AD app, 6 minutes sitting then 2.5 minutes each lying on my back and both sides. It's been working for me.

Using the Aerobika and nebulizing 7% saline separately is something I heard yesterday also on the Dr McShane airway clearance video/webinar. The thinking is that the saline goes directly to your lungs rather than through the Aerobika.

Since Monaghan makes the Aerobika and the Ombra and the aeroeclipse nebulizer it’s possible that using these together was created as marketing/selling point, ie it saves time, plugs & plays, etc. It’s interesting to consider they might be more effective used separately.
