Any suggestions to help with blood bruising on arms?

I am 83 and have been on HRT since my hysterectomy in 2001 at age 61. HRT has improved my skin dramatically. I know for sure b/c when I decided to get off it I looked like I had aged many, many years🫢😳. But it does not prevent bruising on my arms. Only taking care not to bump or tear my skin and Dermend helps with that.

Which HRT are you on and what dosage? I have tried to find a chart of "optimal levels" which would tell me the truth; not what the Doctor's think (those that go by the book).
I am 75 and currently started back on hrt compounded cream. I am not sure which is causing my total lack of interest in life. I'm trying to figure out if it's the hormones or do I need the meds? I have been on and off meds for 30+ years and it's a constant rollercoaster. If the creams don't work then I will go back on pellets. In either case my skin did not look good!

Hi, you need to get Arnica gel and put it on as soon as you bump yourself. This stuff will keep you from bruising and relieve the pain. It’s wonderful stuff but, you need to apply it as soon as you bump something. I’m on HRT as well.
