Yes! I have dry cough (when I cough)….have not been able to produce a sputum sample since being diagnosed by bronchoscope in 2020 with MAC.
ID doc informed me that a subset of patients fit a profile for Lady Windemers Syndrome…that’s my situation. Respiratory therapist at NJH tried relentlessly to induce a sputum sample with higher saline solutions in the booth…to no avail. What has worked for you…anything?
