I have found that I can take 1/4 of a pill and it helps the pain. I do this for 3-4 days and I am good for a while. Better than taking 1 pill every day. The illegal ingredients are prescribed by doctors for pain and inflammation. My physical therapist for vestibular problems told me to start taking it as a chiropractor told him to do. He also has a sister n law that works for a judge and they sent it off to lab and there was nothing in it that a doctor would not give for pain. Try taking less of it and only when you think you may really need it. Diclofenac and Dexamethasone and another pill for reflux . Look those up. Hope this helps.
