I have had tinnitus for many years and recently noticed a slight hearing loss. Not bad enough for 3-6 thousand dollar hearing aids, I got a OTC pair for $149. They not only made my hearing better but cut down the tinnitus! I suggest, unless you are really deaf, to try these first, especially if you have tinnitus!!

Thank you for sharing your experience with tinnitus and OTC hearing aids. So good to know you're getting help.

It is not common for tinnitus and hearing loss to come together, especially if the hearing loss is the result of noise exposure.

I encourage you to have your hearing tested annually to see if it has changed. OTC hearing aids are helpful for people who have mild to moderate hearing loss. If it progresses beyond the moderate level more sophisticated products will be more effective.

ksdm,
What brand of hearing aids did you buy and where?
