I tried a baby bottle sterilizer after starting out with boiling. I found that the baby bottle sterilizer time, including drying, actually took more of my time. I went back to boiling and have done that for 2 yrs. my routine is to first nebulize and then while I do clearance with my Aerobika, I set the water to boil. I thoroughly rinse off my equipment in very hot water and get in the grooves. I do a final rinse with distilled water because of the minerals in our tap water. Then I boil all of my equipment for 5 minutes. I use a small steel tong to remove the items from the boiling water and place on a double paper towel. The items are so hot when I remove them and shake the water off from the pot, that they dry completely in a very short time.
Twice a week, I give them a good soak before rinsing and boiling, but otherwise my immediate and thorough rinse in very hot water with a final rinse of distilled water before boiling (twice daily) has kept my equipment sterilized.
