@sue417 I have a diet and supplements (when needed) that I follow. I also take medication (Evenity). I have to drive 4 hours round trip for the Evenity injections but I do this because I've already had a fracture last year. Have you talked with your doctor about supplements?

Hi
I have a compression fracture in my spine T7. It was horrid the yr it happened the pain was excruciating. I am limited to the amount of time I can stand in one place. Shopping In the mall is short. I had laser treatments for 1 yr which helped. Icwear a magnet over the fracture which takes the pain away. I take tylenol daily . I follow a diet. I see a naturopath fir which supplements my body requires. My endocrinologist approved what I take . No calcium is reqd I was never at a loss.
