Diagnosed with a 1cm Celiac Artery Aneurism in 2020

Correct me if I'm wrong: The OP is posting about a "celiac artery Aneurism" which is not an aortic aneurysm. The 5 cm threshold for an aortic aneurysm isn't the measure for concern of a celiac aneurysm. I happen to have both. The thoracic surgeon suggested to me, based on the current small size of my celiac aneurysm to continue the coarse of treatment for my hypertension and get in better shape (exercise without heavy lifting).
I have scans every 6 months even though the VA said I only needed to have them annually. I pushed back and the VA is giving me scans every 6 months.
My VA is exceptional for me and probably the exception to the reputation of the VA.

May I know what is the size of coeliac artery aneurysm we should concern.
Any treatment for coeliac artery aneurysm?
