I take 200mg daily. It is one of my more expensive supplements so I shop Amazon and tend to favor Nature's Best but basically it's whichever brand is most affordable at the time.

What do you believe it does for you?
I have taken so many vitamins and supplements with no discernible improvement. It’s hard to keep taking handfuls of pills that make no difference, though I have continued this behavior for over two years!
