Difficutly breathing in the shower

@happyhealthyme - I know a lot of people are very worried about whether their showers may increase their exposure to MAC. A few years ago, I found myself trying to breath shallowly or as little as possible in the shower, until I almost fainted one day. Then I sternly told myself, "you are being as safe as you can, it's only 4 minutes a day, stop it!"
Do you think you are (consciously or unconsciously) anxious about this, and perhaps holding your breath?

That is it! Don't stop living because we are afraid to do simple stuff like taking a shower. Keep the hot water heater on at least 130 and be quick. I enjoy my daily shower and am not giving it up no matter what. Have the fan on above the shower, open the door if you must and window. Also my Dr. told me to get a water filter for the shower. Also those rain shower heads where the the water just comes down like rain and doesn't airate the water and shoot it every which a way. My Dr's have all encouraged me to just live my life but take precautions. For instance I work in the yard with a N95 mask and gloves on. I have already decided if and when the time comes, I will just take a shower with a N95 mask on.
