Anyone had a problem with neuropathy after receiving the vaccine?
I am 85 with small fiber neuropathy that is getting worse. My neurologist thought it would be a good idea for me to wait with the covid vaccine and not be first in line to see how it affected other people with neuropathy. Probably because it is a new technology. Has anyone had a problem with neuropathy after receiving the vaccine? If so, which vaccine?

Tengo neuropatía periférica y recibí dos dosis de Astra Séneca. No sentí ningun cambio en mí dolencia. Reconozco que tuve bastante temor.

I had Moderna caused cardiac autonomic neuropathy (CAN~no treatment given supposedly eight years left to live) along with small fiber neuropathy. I wish I would have never taken the two shots. The cardiologist said they knew from the beginning that it caused CAN. I have bradycardia/tachycardia and my blood pressure either gets too high, then drops really low. It can’t make up it’s mine what it wants to do. It’s a very scary experience. My blood pressure was high for two weeks 150/100 then the cardiologist put me on blood pressure meds and my blood pressure got too low was in the hospital then it went back to normal. It was very scary to go through. I was so sick and nauseous from the roller coaster ride.
I have some kind of nueropathy. They stopped me at 1 shot
My nueropathy has bern 3 years. The new medical journal article is called long term covid vaccine syndrome.
Yes. Moderna.
Is yours cardiac autonomic neuropathy? It is different since it affects the autonomic nervous system. It’s not getting better it’s getting worse. We repeated the one month holter monitor test along with the tilt table test. I have seen a cardiologist and electrophysiologist. I was sent to Stanford Hospital to confirm it. I am four years out.
No dont ever get anotjet covid vaccine.
Hello
I was 77 years old, 2 years ago, when I received my Pfizer Covid Booster. The first one I was confused as I thought something was wrong with numbness, in feet. Six months later, I received a 2nd booster and all 'hell' broke loose. Within 12 hours I had a high fever, burning back, legs and feet. So hot I put the feet in cold water.
After several specialists reviewed my blood tests, Xrays, MRI, it was determined that I had peripheral neuropathy, most likely from the vaccine, based on my recorded history. All other diseases were ruled out!! It was reported to the government, with no answer. To date, I suffer with burning legs and feet constantly. The pain level varies from 2-8 (0 being no pain to 10 extreme) depending on the each day. I do not have diabetes!!
I have been treated with Gabapentin, Acupuncture and recently Nortriptyline. Nortriptyline has worked the best for me. It is an old anti-depressant which was discovered to help with nerve pain, in smaller doses than for depression.
Indeed, there are vaccine injuries!! It will come to light, I hope! There are global websites with persons reporting neuropathy from the Covid Vaccines.
Wishing you the best,
Have you ever had the EMG/nerve conduction test by a neurologist to be diagnosed with neuropathy or have the skin biopsies for small fiber neuropathy? These test are done by a neuromuscular neurologist to confirm diagnosis.
My husband was the same with minor numbness in his mouth after 1st vaccine. After 2nd vaccine his nose, mouth tongue were numb and tongue on fire when eating. No one would say it was vaccine but it had to be. Problem lasted about 3 years. A naturopath suggested magnesium. Believe it or not, it worked. Maybe a coincidence but it’s gone. He continues to take the magnesium.
