I’m often in rabbit holes. I get comfortable there finding it hard to dig my way out.
I had been searching taurine a few days ago looking for an alternative to decrease cardiovascular disease and taurine came up -and again in searching for homocysteine. Thank you for your prompt- once again reminds me that elevated homocysteine is awful.

There does seem to be strong evidence that taurine lowers homocysteine.

Next on my list, get a copy of Great Bones 🙂

I have CAD Coronary artery disease and the LEQVIO has worked WONDERS!!! It has zero side effects on me and dramatically lowered my cholesterol and associated lipids. Its amazing. I don't take statins either (I can't.)
