Anyone try bioidentical hormones to combat/treat osteoporosis?

I just started on bio identical hormones two weeks ago. Hoping to feel better and prevent bone loss and generally get better sleep and less trips to the bathroom at night. I am told it will take a month to feel changes. Fingers crossed 🤞🏻. Just turned 67!

ddonnagirl1 Thanks for sharing your bhrt experience. I am also 67 and have an appointment next week with the naturopath who specializes in BHRT, so your experience is very encouraging and supportive of my decision. May I ask what your T scores are and if you take or have taken any OP medication so far?
