Curve found in bottom of spine
Major continuing problems with muscle tightness, plantar fasciitis in feet, pain in hips. Saw chiropractor who notice my posture was way off. Looked in 🪞 and saw one side of body lower than other.
Sent me for full xrays to find out what's wrong. Cannot live like this anymore. I regular work out at gym, lift weights & do yoga.
Has anyone had any type of successful treatment for something similar?

well, anything related to the spine has to be treated seriously.
In consultation with your doctor, I will pull back enormously from current activities, until this issues is diagnosed and resolved.
I don't know if that means completely withdrawing from your exercise routine, or just partially doing so.
But I would have that talk with the doctor.
Certain movements, exercises, could easily make the existing condition worse.
Best of luck
Take care.
@tresla Glad they are sending you for some Xrays. Are they of back or hips or both? You and your dr will need to start weeding out possible issues and this can take time. I have similar pain. I have a pelvic tilt from sitting incorrectly. This tilt bascically caused one hip to sit higher than the other creating unevenness with one leg appearing shorter( caused by muscle imbalance) and issues with posture. As you can imagine this created pain all over- hips, low back, upper back, glutes, knee and arches. It has taken my PCP . ortho, MRI, Xrays, cortisone shots in hips, and 3 physical therapists to finally get to the bottom. We had to rule out the back first and foremost and then move to the next possible thing. I finally am getting some relief with my current PT as we work on correcting the pelvic tilt and muscle imbalances. Keep us posted! Positive thoughts your way.
Thank you for the support! X rays showed my spine has shifted with a curve which is causing compression in the tailbone. Likely due to poor postural habits and age. Some arthritis in neck area only. No wonder the issue has caused so much stiffness in the hips, all the way down chain to legs, quads, calves & feet.
Was given a detailed treatment plan including exercises, spinal compression, adjustments, correcting posture mistakes. Was told not to go to gym for a few weeks! This will be SO hard. I want to maintain the strength I have obtained through weights & machines. I'm scared 😱 my body will become weaker!
I'm inclined to do the walking as suggested but do limited amounts of weights for very short periods.
I'm very happy you have found a therapist who has provided relief! It is an investigative journey to pinpoint the origin.
I was also having what appeared to be like major anxiety attacks requiring emergency hospital visits. I think now it had something to do with a pinched nerve in my spine (undiagnosed at that time). Had to ice my feet & all other muscles at the time for relief .
Thank goodness a doctor finally got to the root of my issue. No other chiropractor I have seen before suggested an x ray. They only cracked my spine here & there without knowing what they were dealing with. I'm kind of 😠 about that part!
