You do not mention where you live, but it would be a good idea to seek help from a multidisciplinary health care organization like Mayo Clinic or a university medical school. These health centers are research-oriented and best equipped to diagnose and treat difficult health issues.

Would you be able to travel to Mayo Clinic (3 locations in Minnesota, Florida, and Arizona), or are you near a university medical school?

What type of specialist have you seen thus far for this problem?
