I have been taking Repatha for 2 years now... $5 before Medicare and now $185 since I'm on Medicare but it has worked from Day 1! I had to switch to Praluent for a year because suddenly Repatha wasn't on my Medicare plan paid $165 and this year 2024 - Praluent is out and Repatha is now on the plan at $185. Repatha actually took my #s down even more so than the Praluent, immediately and pharmacist said Repatha was better.

My copay was $88 with Medicare and my Medicare supplement in 2024, but starting with new deductibles starting on 1/1, I paid $550+ for two injection packs. But my LDL dropped 90 points.
