More Gabapentin, more pain?

The heat seems to affect my feet. 91 is too hot for north Dakota! I also got my gaba increased and my pain is worse! Anyone else have this issue?

My gaba increase didn’t seem to help or hurt my condition but the heat and humidity of the northeast is soul crushing to the neuropathic pain which already had destroyed my life completely

For years I never seem to notice any changes with Gp. Until the last 3-4 years. Best I could describe it my Neuropathy was like the massager on the recliner never went away.
Got a new Neurologist she diagnosed me with Severe Axonal Neuropathy variant of GBS. Got increased to 3600 Max in 3 days it was reduced to a low tingling. I have not noticed any increased in pain.
