I have been on the maximum dose of 600 mg of Lyrica a day for the last 10 years. I started with 75 mg a day and over a period of 2 years, it was slowly increased to the maximum level due to the pain level
I was experiencing. Lyrica has been an excellent medication for me, it stops the pain. Side effects, I find my balance is off slightly, but no others that I know of. Without Lyrica I would be in pain 24 hours a day. Everyone is different so you need to experience it to know how it works for you.
