@sando Reclast does not have any rebound issues. It stays in the bone a long time. It is generally used 3-5 years. There is a slight risk of atypical femur fracture or jaw necrosis if used too long. It may have protective effects against cancer metastasis to bone.

No rebound effect. It's not uncommon to experience flu-like symptoms for 3-4 days following the infusion. Some people have found it to be pretty intense. Some don't experience it at all. It's like with all the bone meds, there are some side effects that you may or may not experience yourself.
