Same issue here…my dermatologist recommended Amylactin lotion twice a day….I manage to use it once a day…
Put it beside my bed so I remember to use at night…I think it helps a little.

Thanks! I’ll look into Amylactin. My dermatologist recommended Arnica lotion. I ordered some that is a gel.
I think it helps a little, I’ve been using it twice a day for 4 days now. I’m willing to try anything that might help!
