@celia16,

Congratulations on weight loss and daily workouts. I have opposite problem, saggy skin on arms.
My provider does occasionally test strength in arms by having me push on his arms.

Sounds like doing correct exercise by adding strength training. Are you eating enough protein,?
This article explains relationship of protein to muscle growth:

I have been doing Pilates lately to tone up and it includes resistant exercises for arms and legs.

What kind of strength training do you do? Weights or type resistant exercise?

I think I’m ok on protein, but will reconsider. I met with a nutritionist to get it reviewed. She made suggestions I now follow. That was a few months ago. But, maybe I need more. I appreciate the link. It’s a very good article ! I’m always open to improved nutrition.

I have skin too and still some fat on my thighs, but besides that, they look too thin for my weight. In the 150s now.

I do weights on the equipment at my gym. Legs and arms. Perhaps, I’m not doing enough reps or enough weight. I do stairstepper too, which has helped my legs feel stronger. Resistance training is probably what I need.

I’m seeing my primary next week. I hope he can give me an objective opinion. I’ve never had thin legs, even when I was quite thin. I feel pretty strong. Hope that’s a good sign.
