So my bladder was 90% cancer so he rebuilt my bladder, I was told January 14th I was told I was metastatic and that we can only slow it down, it is now In My lymph nodes and upon the rest of my body, so stage 4 metastatic my Gleason report was a4+5=9so with a low grade cancer do I need both radiation and hormone replacement therapy

I am 77 years old and Gleason 9 and for the last 3 years I have been treated at UCLA with RP, a year of ADT and Erleada. If I were in your situation ( and indeed in time I maybe ) I would ask my physicians about triple therapy of radiation+ADT and Erleada and perhaps chemo. It appears that you have a high risk, aggressive and advanced cancer and aggressive excellent treatment is appropriate, subject to other health issues. Good Luck.
Thank you, I go toMDAnderson in Houston next week with that being #1 question as long as the biopsy of my Lung gets cleared by the infectious disease team. Thank you for your insights
So as of last PSA 0.9. It a Gleason of 4+5=9 so the concern of how aggressive it is makes me very concerned.
