Attached is a list of practices in the USA that have the Echolight REMS machine. Most are orthopedic practices. I don't know of any hospitals that have REMS. They all offer only DXA, which involves ionizing radiation. The great advantage of REMS is that it is sonography, not radiation, so you can have multiple scans per year to follow your progress.

@junerose42 we also have a Rems in Scottsdale, AZ. I believe they’re becoming more wide spread throughout the U.S. I plan on getting one in a few months.
