I do use the convex since the mio flex flat didnt work for me either I have tried the drainable pouch but I never felt really clean, It takes me 5 mins to change my pouch so disposable works far better and I always feel clean. But everyone has to find what works for them. After trying many samples and different systems I settled on the mio flex convex closed end disposable
