Where would one find a Doctor of Pharmacology? I'm going to need help weaning myself off from Klonopin.

HI @lesbatts I am not a medical professional at all, but I would say start with your GP. They are all going to need to coordinate your care anyway. Plus there are two types of doctors of pharm. One is an academic/researcher and one is more of a pharmacist training.

With most insurances you need to start with your GP and get a referral. If you do not need a referral it still a good idea to go to your GP or even ask for a referral from your area hospital they have a list of doctors affiliated with their hospital Another place would be at your areas mental health center or clinics. Make sure you ask for a doctor that will meet your specific needs.

Thanks for everyone for your suggestions I'll look into it. I will have a new doctor at the end of November in the meantime I'm still with my old doctor.
